Ocumension Bio-B Completes Enrollment In China Phase III Trial For OT-211

Ocumension Therapeutics-B (01477) said OT-211, also known as TRYPTYR, has completed enrollment of 398 patients in its Phase III clinical trial in mainland China, according to ETNet. The company said OT-211 is a 0.003% eye-drop formulation and the first TRPM8 agonist approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of dry eye disease. In March, the first patient was enrolled in the mainland China Phase III trial.
