AI TRENDS | Equinix Launches Inference Exchange With Nvidia and Together AI

Equinix has launched its distributed artificial intelligence inference framework, Equinix Inference Exchange, integrating Nvidia enterprise reference architecture, Together AI's open-source model platform, and Equinix's global data center infrastructure. According to Sina Finance, Equinix provides infrastructure, power, cooling, and Fabric network connectivity, while Nvidia provides enterprise reference architecture and AI computing power built for inference scenarios. Together AI provides the inference platform, supporting more than 200 open-source models. Equinix Inference Exchange is set to go live in the first quarter of 2027.
