Tianji Holdings (01520) said it has signed an investment cooperation agreement with Gauss Technology (Hong Kong) Co. to set up a joint venture in Hong Kong to expand business in artificial intelligence and continuous learning, according to ETNet. The venture will be based on existing IP content and real operating scenarios, with the aim of turning the AI application-layer strategy into user-facing products. Tianji Holdings will hold 51% of the joint venture, while Gauss Technology will hold 49%.
