Niche Holdings, Wai Kee To Buy Targets For Up To HK$100 Million

Niche Holdings and Wai Kee Holdings said they have entered into a restructuring framework agreement with the target companies, the seller and the provisional liquidators acting as seller, to acquire about 100% interests in the target companies, including Paul Y. Construction, for a maximum total consideration of HK$100 million, according to Ming Pao. After completion, the target companies and the investor or its nominee will retain only their licences and the "Paul Y." trademark, and will no longer hold any other substantive or material assets or liabilities.
