STOCKS | Citrini Analyst Jukan: Korean Brokerages Forecast SK Hynix Operating Profit at 60.4 Trillion Won

A Citrini analyst said Korean brokerages expect SK Hynix’s operating profit to reach 60.4 trillion won, up 61% quarter over quarter and 556% year over year, but still below the market consensus estimate of 65 trillion won by 8%. According to Odaily, the analyst, identified as Jukan, wrote on X that the shortfall versus expectations is mainly due to SK Hynix having a higher share of HBM revenue than its peers, which has led to a smaller increase in its average selling price compared with the broader market average.
