Manchester City defender Marc Guehi missed England training on Wednesday as a precaution but is expected to be fit for Saturday's World Cup quarter-final against Norway in Miami, according to Yahoo Sports. Guehi was one of four players who did not train in the squad's first session since Sunday's win over Mexico, along with Jordan Henderson, Declan Rice and Reece James; his absence was understood to be due to muscular fatigue and is not thought to be serious. Rice's absence was linked to a neural hamstring lower back problem that has hampered him throughout the tournament, but he is also expected to be available to face Norway, while there remains hope James will be available after a hamstring injury suffered in the goalless draw with Ghana on 23 June.
