Sino Biopharmaceutical said it has licensed the overseas rights to its self-developed COPD drug candidate TQC3721 (a PDE3/4 inhibitor) to AstraZeneca for total consideration of up to $1.9 billion, marking the company’s second major business development deal this year, according to Jiemian News.
