Projectile debris hit Chabahar Imam Ali Hospital during a U.S. attack on Iran, Iranian state broadcaster Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) reported. According to Jin10, IRIB said the hospital was struck by fragments of a projectile during the attack.
