STOCKS | Hallgain Cuts Kingboard Holdings Stake to 37.52%, Cashes About HK$8.94 Billion

Hallgain Management Limited, a major shareholder of Kingboard Holdings (0148), reduced its stake from 44.06% to 37.52% after selling shares on June 22, 23 and 24, according to Ming Pao. Equity disclosure filings showed Hallgain sold 20 million shares at an average price of HK$140.33 on June 22, 22.0285 million shares at HK$131.38 on June 23, and 25.3525 million shares at HK$127.93 on June 24. The disposals raised about HK$8.94 billion in total.
