Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group (NIVF) said it has made an additional $4 million equity investment in prediction market platform K25.ai, completing K25.ai’s $10 million Pre-A financing round. According to Odaily, after the round closed, K25.ai’s valuation reached $100 million, and NewGenIVF Group’s ownership stake is expected to reach 10%. In addition to the equity investment, NewGenIVF Group obtained exclusive agency rights for K25.ai in the Asia-Pacific region. K25.ai is an AI-native livestreaming and prediction market platform focused on the Asia-Pacific market. The company’s product has not yet officially launched and is applying for relevant regulatory approvals in some markets.
