According to Odaily, the market will be settled using Anthropic private-market valuation data published by Nasdaq Private Market (NPM). The event will resolve as “Yes” if Anthropic’s NPM Price reaches or exceeds the specified amount at any time from the market’s creation through June 30, 2026; otherwise, it will resolve as “No.” Odaily reported that Anthropic completed its most recent funding round on May 28, reaching a post-money valuation of $96.5 billion after a $6.5 billion Series H round. With the prediction market set to settle on June 30, traders are watching secondary-market liquidity and whether additional primary financing or tender offer activity could raise implied valuation during the remaining window. Odaily added that recent estimates put Anthropic’s annualized revenue run rate near $4.7 billion.
