SEC Charges Texas Resident Nathan Fuller Over Alleged $12.3 Million Crypto Fraud Scheme

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charged Texas resident Nathan Fuller over an alleged crypto asset fraud scheme that raised about $12.3 million from about 150 investors. According to NS3.AI, the SEC alleges Fuller diverted at least $6.2 million for personal expenses and used about $5.5 million to make Ponzi-like payments to other investors.
