WasabiCard Secures Pre-A Funding to Enhance Global Payment Infrastructure

WasabiCard, a global stablecoin payment infrastructure platform, has announced the completion of its Pre-A funding round. According to ChainCatcher, this brings the company's total funding to nearly $10 million, with participation from Vernal Capital, Avenir Group, Vision Plus Capital, and 01VC. The funds will be used to develop and enhance global payment infrastructure, compliance systems, and strategic market operations. This aims to improve cross-border payment services and global operations, advancing the company's goal of building a compliant and efficient financial infrastructure for the internet era. As stablecoins transition from trading scenarios to real-world commercial applications, there is a growing demand for global payment, card issuance, fund management, and cross-border settlement infrastructure. WasabiCard currently serves over 500 enterprise clients worldwide, with more than 500,000 cards issued and a total transaction volume exceeding $1 billion. Looking ahead, WasabiCard plans to continue expanding its global payment network and multi-chain payment ecosystem, further promoting the adoption of stablecoin payments in global commercial scenarios.
