Goldman Sachs Raises Target Price for Montage Technology Amid AI Growth

Goldman Sachs has reiterated its positive outlook on Montage Technology (06809.HK), citing increased demand for memory interface ICs driven by AI workloads on CPUs. According to Jin10, the company is actively expanding its product lines, including MRDIMM, PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, and optical interconnect ICs, which are expected to support its long-term growth and capture new AI interconnect market opportunities. Goldman Sachs anticipates that MRCD and MDB will be strong short-term drivers for Montage Technology, with its second-generation products entering large-scale sampling and attracting significant customer interest. These products are expected to be compatible with CPU platforms set to launch in late 2026 and 2027. Based on these factors, Goldman Sachs has raised its 12-month target prices for Montage Technology's A-shares and H-shares by 7% and 14%, respectively, to 387 RMB and 582 HKD, maintaining a 'buy' rating.
