This sharp fall occurred after the company announced a non-binding proposal to go private at a price of $10.75 per share. According to NS3.AI, the Nasdaq-listed firm had previously revealed a $300 million stock purchase agreement aimed at a crypto treasury strategy involving Bitcoin (BTC) and TRUMP tokens. In its Q1 2026 financial report, GD Culture Group reported having less than $50,000 in cash and a working capital deficit of $1.7 million.
