When a curator's strategy generates performance fees, part of the fees will be automatically used under smart contract rules to buy back the corresponding p{VAULT} in the open market. p{VAULT} does not represent ownership of Vault underlying assets, NAV rights, or profit claims. Prosper said it only provides the underlying protocol and infrastructure and does not take part in issuance, management, or operating decisions. The first third-party curator strategies will cover U.S. stocks, global equity markets, and Hyperliquid, with Stove Finance, R25 Protocol, and TopNod Wallet as the first ecosystem partners. Technically, Prosper is deployed on the Pharos public chain, and p{VAULT} is priced in PROS. The first curator-operated Vaults are scheduled to go live in mid-September 2026, and Prosper will disclose the initial curator list and Vault strategy details before launch.
