Bitcoin Spot ETFs Experience Significant Net Outflows

According to PANews, data from SoSoValue indicates that Bitcoin spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $1.17 billion during the trading week from August 18 to August 22, 2025. The VanEck ETF HODL recorded the highest net inflow among Bitcoin spot ETFs last week, with $26.41 million, bringing its historical total net inflow to $1.19 billion. Following this, the Franklin Bitcoin ETF EZBC had a weekly net inflow of $13.49 million, with a historical total net inflow of $295 million. Conversely, the Blackrock Bitcoin ETF IBIT experienced the largest net outflow, amounting to $615 million, marking the second-highest in its history. Its historical total net inflow stands at $58.06 billion. The Fidelity ETF FBTC also saw a significant net outflow of $235 million, with a historical total net inflow of $11.72 billion. As of the time of reporting, the total net asset value of Bitcoin spot ETFs is $150.23 billion, with an ETF net asset ratio of 6.45% relative to Bitcoin's total market capitalization. The cumulative historical net inflow has reached $53.8 billion.
