On October 30, Rosenblatt reiterated its Buy rating on Datadog and maintained its $305 price target ahead of the company's third-quarter earnings report. According to Sina Finance, Rosenblatt expects third-quarter organic revenue to grow about 29% year over year and full-year fiscal 2026 revenue growth to be about 30%, with enterprise application modernization and new AI workloads expected to drive growth. Datadog has more than 750 AI-native enterprise customers and serves the world's 10 leading AI companies. Rosenblatt also said existing customers have room to expand their use of Datadog products: in the second quarter, only 13% used at least 10 products, and more customers may add products as companies consolidate cloud monitoring tools. Datadog is scheduled to report third-quarter results before the U.S. market opens on November 4.
