Fairshake Launches $30 Million Campaign Against Sherrod Brown

Fairshake, the crypto industry's main super PAC, said it will begin a $30 million advertising and mail campaign against former Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio on Tuesday. According to NS3.AI, the effort follows Senate Democrats' opposition to the Clarity Act and is expected to shift Fairshake's broader election spending heavily toward Republicans. Brown, a Democrat seeking to return to the Senate, previously criticized the industry but now says crypto has a role in the economy.
