AI TRENDS | JD.com Launches Physical AI Acceleration Plan

JD.com announced the launch of its Physical AI Acceleration Plan at the 2026 JD Global Technology Explorers Conference, according to ETNet. JD Cloud said it will collect more than 10 million hours of real-world video data over the next two years. JD also plans to build 80 RoboBase robotics industrial bases nationwide over the next five years, while JD Logistics will buy 3 million robots, 1 million autonomous vehicles and 100,000 drones over the same period to push unmanned logistics across its full workflow. JD Cloud also said it has teamed up with partners including Moore Threads to build a domestic 10,000-card cluster and plans a 100,000-card cluster. JD Logistics separately unveiled five new products and technologies under its Wolf Pack robot line, including Mother Wolf, Smart Wolf low-temperature version, Warehouse Wolf, Lone Wolf sixth-generation intelligent delivery vehicle Plus, Flying Wolf L05 logistics drone and Agile Wolf dexterous arm.
