Noise said its testnet will close on Friday, September 11 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, with mainnet launch coming soon. According to ChainCatcher, the platform was built on the idea that cultural insights can have economic value, and the mainnet will let users curate and trade cultural signals while seeking gains from identifying important content early.
