Botaichl Announces Up To 4.89 Million New H Shares Placed At HK$120.28 Each

Botaichl said on September 8 that it has signed a placement agreement with a placement agent to place up to 4,888,960 new H shares to at least six placees at HK$120.28 per share, according to Jiemian News. The placement price represents a discount of about 14.39% to the closing price of HK$140.50 on September 7, the last trading day and pricing date on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Gross proceeds are expected to be about HK$588 million, while net proceeds are expected to be about HK$578 million after related fees and expenses. The net placement price is about HK$118.30 per share.
