STOCKS | Wynn Macau Grants Over 35.98 Million Share Awards

Wynn Macau (1128) has granted share awards for subscription to more than 10,000 employees, two executive directors and one service provider to mark its 20th anniversary of operations in Macau, according to Ming Pao. The awards cover more than 35.9755 million shares and are valued at about HK$203 million based on the market price of HK$5.67 each. The shares will vest in stages from the end of June 2027 to the end of June 2030, subject to performance targets, and no purchase price is involved.
