Binance Earn to Launch USDT Flexible Products Promotion for New CIS Users

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Earn will launch a promotion on Simple Earn Flexible Products for eligible newly registered users in CIS. The offer applies to users who subscribe to USDT Flexible Products and provides up to 35% exclusive Bonus Tiered APRs on top of Real-Time APR rewards for 5 days. The Promotion Period runs from 2026-09-02 08:00:00 (UTC) to 2026-10-02 23:59:59 (UTC). Only newly registered users in CIS who registered after 2026-08-21 08:00 (UTC) are eligible, and it may take up to 48 hours before they can see and subscribe to the special offer. The subscription period is limited to a maximum of five days and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bonus Tiered APR rewards are distributed to users’ Spot Accounts on a daily basis, with the first reward paid the day after accrual starts, two days after subscription. Real-Time APR is accrued and accumulated in users’ Earn Accounts every minute. The offer covers USDT Flexible Products with a minimum subscription limit of 0.1 USDT and an unlimited maximum subscription limit per user, while the tier structure applies to subscription amounts at or below 200 USDT and above 200 USDT. The announcement said the campaign is available to CIS new registered users whose Identity Verification countries are Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, and Georgia. Users must complete identity verification during the Promotion Period to qualify for rewards, and only master accounts are eligible for Bonus Tiered APR rewards, while sub-accounts are not eligible. Binance said the promotion is limited to users who subscribe to Simple Earn Flexible Products Special Offers and that both Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR rewards can be earned for up to 5 days during the Promotion Period. After the Promotion ends, users will only receive Real-Time APR rewards. The company also stated that APR rewards are distributed from Binance’s own funds and are determined based on prevailing market conditions. Redemptions of Flexible Products are instant, but redemption requests may be delayed if there is a large volume of requests. Users can buy USDT through supported payment methods or deposit USDT to their Binance account before subscribing to USDT Simple Earn Flexible Products.
