Binance Stocks Will Add API Trading for U.S.-Listed Stocks and ETFs

According to the announcement from Binance, API trading is now available for Binance Stocks, giving users the ability to trade U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs programmatically through a secure REST API. The update is designed for both retail and institutional users and is intended to support automated trading, position management, data access, and integration with existing trading systems. Binance said the new API support allows users to build and deploy programmatic trading strategies for more efficient execution and portfolio management. Existing Binance API users can also connect Binance Stocks trading into their workflows with minimal effort, using one API to access both U.S. stocks and ETFs alongside crypto. The announcement also says users can mint equity holdings into bStocks, which are tokenized representations of selected U.S. stocks and ETFs, directly through the API. Binance said this feature is intended to provide on-chain flexibility and composability. Binance Stocks allows users to trade U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs directly from a Binance account. The service includes access to thousands of stocks and ETFs, fractional shares starting from $5, and 24/5 trading hours. Binance described the product as a way to bring crypto and traditional financial assets together in one unified experience. The announcement did not specify any additional rollout details beyond the new API trading availability, but it confirmed that the feature is part of Binance Stocks' broader trading framework. Binance said the API support is meant to extend programmatic access to equities while keeping the trading experience connected to its existing platform structure.
