Zoho Corporation held its Zoholics user conference in Hong Kong on Tuesday, showcasing the latest changes to its agentic artificial intelligence-focused AI strategy, according to Ming Pao.
Gibu Mathew, Zoho’s Asia-Pacific managing director, said companies cannot outsource all technology work. He said Zoho has launched more than 60 applications that users can choose from based on their needs.
Mathew said wider use of AI agents can help business owners and small and medium-sized enterprises improve productivity and value. He added that Zoho understands Hong Kong users’ concerns about implementation costs and security, and has introduced Zia Agents, an enterprise self-managed AI offering that allows companies to use Zoho’s large language model without it being used to train general AI models.
