Anzheng Fashion Shareholder Transfers 41.41 Million Shares to Ex-Spouse After Divorce

Anzheng Fashion said shareholder Chen Kechuan, who holds more than 5% of the company, and Zheng Xiuping have completed divorce procedures and agreed on asset division, according to 36Kr. Under an effective divorce agreement, Chen transferred 41.4063 million shares—equivalent to 10.70% of Anzheng Fashion’s current total share capital—to Zheng. The company said it received Chen’s notice on July 1, 2026 that China Securities Depository and Clearing Corp. had issued a securities transfer registration confirmation, and the share transfer registration has been completed.
