Sharplink Signs Securities Purchase Agreement to Raise About $75 Million

Sharplink, a Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company, said it has signed a securities purchase agreement to sell 10.01 million shares of common stock and warrants for an additional 10.01 million shares, raising about $75 million. According to Odaily, the company said the proceeds will be used for working capital, continued accumulation of ETH holdings, and repurchasing shares under its stock buyback plan. Sharplink also disclosed that as of June 16, it held a total of 875,776 ETH.
