Tai Cheong Group (0088) reported a swing to a loss for the year ended March 31, 2026, with shareholders’ attributable loss of HK$22 million versus a profit of HK$62.8 million a year earlier, according to Ming Pao. Basic loss per share was HK$0.036. Revenue fell 22.5% year on year to HK$27.9 million. The board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share; together with the interim dividend already paid, full-year dividends total HK$0.18 per share, down 25% from HK$0.24 a year earlier.
