Aequum Capital Financial II is temporarily barred from distributing any cash it collects from inventory sales tied to bankrupt auto-parts supplier First Brands’ liquidation, a judge ruled Wednesday. According to Bloomberg, the restriction applies to proceeds from the inventory sales taking place as part of the bankruptcy process.
