EagleRock Land LLC, an energy land management company based in Houston, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, aiming to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'EROK.' According to Foresight News, the company controls approximately 236,000 acres in the Permian Basin, a major U.S. energy production area. In addition to earning royalties from oil and gas, EagleRock plans to boost revenue by leasing land for data centers, renewable energy projects, and cryptocurrency mining.
The IPO is led by Goldman Sachs, Barclays, and JPMorgan, with investors including private equity firm EnCap Investments and asset management company TCW Group. Financial reports indicate that its predecessor company had a revenue of $72.2 million in 2025, with a net loss of $73.1 million.
