According to CNBC, Eaton's third-quarter revenue rose 28% year over year to a record $8.95 billion, while adjusted earnings per share increased 20% to $3.68; both exceeded estimates. The company raised its full-year organic growth outlook to 13% to 15%, from 11% to 13%, and increased its adjusted EPS forecast to $13.70 to $13.80, from $13.40 to $13.60. Data center revenue climbed 65% year over year. The Investing Club's analysis said the results could help establish a floor for Eaton shares, which rose almost 7% in afternoon trading to about $391 but remained below an August closing high of roughly $460. The club maintained its hold-equivalent rating and $450 price target.

According to CNBC, developers and investors are expanding marina-linked luxury real estate as yacht growth contributes to a shortage of boat slips. More than 6,000 superyachts over 30 meters are in service worldwide, with another 200 delivered each year, according to SuperYacht Times. Last year, Blackstone paid $5.6 billion for Safe Harbor Marinas, which paid $1.5 billion in August for 65 marinas and storage sites from MarineMax. Related Group is planning a $2 billion marina development in Fort Lauderdale, slated to break ground next year and open in 2030. The project includes a St. Regis hotel, residences and a marina for 250 boats, with slips for yachts up to 350 feet.

Sarah Chamberlain, president and CEO of the Republican Main Street Partnership, said Democrats would need to win the House by at least a 25-seat majority to give Hakeem Jeffries room to become speaker and pass legislation, according to Bloomberg. Binance co-CEO Richard Teng told Fox Business that no Binance customers lost money in last week’s security incident, and that the exchange is bearing the full loss itself. In his first interview since the attack, Teng said Binance has set aside more than 100% of the amount needed and has already replenished 98% of the affected assets.Customers Fully ProtectedAsked whether any customers lost money, Teng said: “No, not at all.” Binance has made clear from day one that the company bears full responsibility, he said, and “the full financial impact will be borne by us.” Customers can check their balances through Binance’s Proof of Reserves. The remaining 2% of affected assets are less liquid tokens, Teng said, and Binance needs time to buy them without disrupting the market. “Customers’ assets are fully secured on that front, and that’s our assurance,” he said. “Our priority is always to protect customers’ assets and interests.”A Months-Long AttackTeng opened with an apology. “This should not have happened, and we apologise to our users for the disruption,” he said. He described the attack as a highly sophisticated, multi-month campaign, which the FBI has attributed to North Korea. The attackers used fake recruitment interviews, malicious software disguised as developer tools and AI techniques to work their way in. They then struck “at a speed our industry has never seen before,” he said.“This isn’t a one mistake or one quick issue,” Teng said. “The attackers spent months building their way in.”Systems RebuiltTeng said Binance has closed all the entry points used in the attack, rebuilt the affected systems and published a detailed report so the industry can learn from it. The exchange is continuing to invest heavily in security and tighten its controls. “There are certain things that we learned from this episode, and we will continue to learn,” he said.
