Lido said Lido Earn depositors now have two layers of loss protection, with eligible losses first absorbed by Firelight and remaining losses potentially covered by Lido DAO. According to Foresight News, the protection applies automatically at the vault level and requires no action from depositors. Firelight, an on-chain protection protocol, absorbs eligible losses up to set limits in each 30-day period. In the initial period, coverage is capped at 5.7% of EarnETH TVL and 8% of EarnUSD TVL, covering incidents including smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, and governance attacks. For losses beyond Firelight’s limits, Lido DAO may absorb the remainder by burning shares held in the initial deposits, up to $3 million for EarnETH and $2 million for EarnUSD.

According to ChainCatcher citing STAR Market Daily, Honor CEO Li Jian said at the 2026 Mobile Network Conference that as the intelligent economy takes shape, delegated user intent is becoming scarce and business models are shifting toward monetization based on outcomes, a trend he called the “intent economy.” He said future AI entry points will emerge when users form intentions, with value centered on delivering outcomes users entrust to AI. Li said the industry faces three hurdles between intent generation and outcome delivery: a shortage of intelligence, which tests whether AI can complete tasks; a shortage of context, including understanding users’ identities, circumstances, needs and past behavior; and a shortage of trust. Because context is a personal asset, users’ authorization depends on AI being trustworthy, reliable and controllable. “Capability determines how fast AI can go; trust determines how far it can go,” he said.

The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published its 2026 European Energy Infrastructure Development Monitoring Report on November 6. According to Sina Finance, the report said EU consumers' grid charges could rise 50% to 100% by 2050 as investment expands and infrastructure construction costs increase. From 2019 to 2025, average household grid charges rose 40%, from €60 to €84 per megawatt-hour, while transmission system operators' annual capital spending increased 193%, from €10.4 billion to €30.5 billion. About 40% of priority transmission projects were delayed, with an average implementation period of 12 years; in 2025, operators spent about €5.4 billion to ease grid congestion, up more than 25% from 2024. The report also said average EU gas transmission tariffs rose about 40% from the 2020/2021 to the 2024/2025 gas year as declining demand left fewer users to cover network costs.

Nvidia is exploring a faster way to deploy computing capacity by converting old telecom buildings into small AI data centers. According to Sina Finance, two people directly familiar with the matter said Nvidia approached Apollo Global Management about a network that could span 20 U.S. states and use buildings owned by Brightspeed, a troubled telecom operator affiliated with Apollo. Following this week’s gubernatorial elections, several candidates for governor, including in Texas, called for a pause on new data center construction and new regulations. Retrofitting existing buildings could require fewer approvals than building data centers from scratch. Brightspeed has more than 130 buildings, many already wired and with enough power capacity for Nvidia’s latest servers. One person familiar with the project estimated the sites could provide about 1 gigawatt of usable power, enough for Vera Rubin chip clusters worth tens of billions of dollars. Nvidia submitted a proposal to Brightspeed on Wednesday and requested additional information and site visits. Its team has discussed the plan with suppliers and aims to install Vera Rubin server racks in some buildings as early as the first quarter of 2027. The project could also use technology from AI chip startup Groq, which Nvidia licensed late last year. The retrofits may still need some local approvals, including for specialized cooling systems. It remains unclear who would buy the Nvidia chips for the project or whether Nvidia or Apollo has discussed the plan with potential customers, including SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Apollo has recently secured Vera Rubin chip orders worth tens of billions of dollars for leasing to SpaceX. Nvidia refers to the planned Brightspeed facilities as an inference network, where computing capacity would run existing AI models rather than train new ones.

经历这轮调整后，市场或许需要重新寻找方向，但总会有转折点发生，现在需要多点耐心。
