Howard Marks Wants the Fed to Communicate Less as Kevin Warsh Seeks to Cut Forward Guidance

According to Wallstreetcn, Oaktree Capital Management co-chair Howard Marks said he wants the Federal Reserve to communicate less, as Fed Governor Kevin Warsh works to reduce some of the forward guidance that Marks said has constrained the central bank in recent years. Marks said he personally prefers a less interventionist central bank that normally lets the economy run on its own unless it risks going off track, either overheating or overheating.
