RWA Assets on DeFi Reach $3.84 Billion, DeFiLlama Says

DeFiLlama data showed that as of September 18, on-chain real-world assets (RWA) totaled about $34 billion, with only about 11.3% deployed in DeFi. According to Odaily, that corresponds to a total value locked of about $3.84 billion, while the remaining 89% has not entered DeFi. The deployed funds were heavily concentrated in private credit, which accounted for $2.22 billion in TVL, or 58%. Bonds, commodities, and equities held about $817 million, $314 million, and $287 million, respectively. Together, those four asset classes made up nearly 95% of RWA DeFi TVL.
