According to Jin10, she noted that UK government bond yields rose to multi-year highs on Tuesday due to political concerns, as several government officials and members of parliament called for Prime Minister Keir Starmer's resignation, causing market volatility. However, Akoner believes that the UK's risk spreads suggest investors still expect the fiscal prudence framework to be maintained.
