Solana App Founder Responds to Abuse Allegations

Ben Pasternak, founder of the Solana ecosystem application Believe, has responded to allegations made by Evelyn Ha. According to Foresight News, Pasternak stated, "I have never choked anyone in my life. I am not a physically aggressive person, and most people would describe me as very gentle." He further claimed that Evelyn Ha was abusive towards him throughout their relationship and mentioned contacting several of her former partners who reportedly had similar experiences. The couple had sought intervention from a therapist, who was aware of Evelyn's repeated physical abuse towards him. Pasternak emphasized that he possesses substantial documentary evidence, including medical reports, letters from Evelyn admitting to violence, and photos of injuries, all of which will be presented in court. Previously, Foresight News reported that Ben Pasternak was arrested and charged with second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault, according to the New York Criminal Court.
