Chain detective ZachXBT published an article on the X platform stating that John (Lick) exposed a wallet address containing $23 million while arguing with another threat actor, Dritan Kapplani Jr., about whose crypto wallet had more funds. These funds are linked to over $90 million in suspected theft from the US government in 2024, and to multiple other cases involving unidentified victims between November and December 2025. The entire incident was recorded.
