About ROSX

Roseon is a hybrid solution with a mix of Centralized and Decentralized application and connects to external platforms on various chains using its Aggregator Services, with its token launched on Arbitrum. Roseon is an one-stop crypto lifestyle app with LaunchPad, DeFi and Play-To-Earn Games.Roseon’s goal is to solve one key problem: Decentralized Finance (DeFi) offers users competitive rewards, but navigating through the DeFi ecosystem of protocols is difficult for non-crypto savvy users and even challenging for some of the most seasoned crypto holders.Roseon aims to bridge the DeFi world of high rewards but poor UX designs with the highest security and a customer-focused, user-friendly interface within the Roseon Mobile App ("Roseon App" or "Roseon Mobile"). The app is easy to navigate and Roseon utilizes algorithms to maximize rewards through the aggregation of decentralized borrowers and other mixed services, including NFTs and Swap features. In short, Roseon users can select the best reward opportunities without having to traverse the current, confusing world of DeFi protocols and also take advantage, within the same portal of other broadly connected services.

Market News | Three Central Banks Decide in Three Days: Crypto Week Ahead
Market News | Three Central Banks Decide in Three Days: Crypto Week Ahead
Central bank decisions dictate the tempo in a packed week of macroeconomic events. The Federal Reserve decides Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. ET, with rates expected at 4.00% from 3.75%. Chair Kevin Warsh's press conference and the updated Summary of Economic Projections follow at 2:30 p.m.The Bank of England is expected to hold at 3.75% on Thursday. The Bank of Japan is expected to raise to 1.25% from 1.00% on Friday. The Dot Plot Carries More Information Than the DecisionWednesday's move is effectively priced. Traders assign roughly 89% probability to a hike, up from about 67% before Friday's CPI, and Goldman Sachs and HSBC have both moved to expecting 25 basis points. The projections are where the uncertainty sits.Markets price roughly 3.5 hikes over the longer term. Bank of America expects 75 basis points total this year and RBC Capital Markets revised from rate cuts to three hikes. Jefferies expects fewer than markets imply, with global economist Mohit Kumar arguing the first move is a credibility matter while subsequent ones depend on the war's duration and oil prices. That range means the dot plot either validates the 75-to-87.5 basis point path or corrects it, and the gap between those outcomes is larger than anything the decision itself delivers.Warsh faces an awkward version of this. He used Jackson Hole to reject forward guidance, arguing it has "overstayed its welcome" outside genuine crises. The projections provide guidance impersonally, which may be the intended route around his own position. The BOJ Decision Is the One Crypto Should WatchFriday's Bank of Japan meeting carries the most direct transmission to crypto, and it is the least discussed. The yen has strengthened from beyond 160 per dollar in early September to the 150 zone — a reversal that began when hedge funds started closing short positions built over two consecutive weeks. Markets priced 75% odds of a hike before the meeting was in view. The yen has long funded positions in US stocks and Treasuries through the carry trade. A rate increase raises the cost of that funding directly, and the currency's appreciation has already been forcing position closures.Japan's 10-year touched 3% this month for the first time in three decades. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent warned that a disorderly yen market could feed through to higher US rates.Carry unwinds produce mechanical selling of dollar assets regardless of any view on those assets — the one channel that Bitcoin's low rate sensitivity does not insulate it from. Its 90-day correlation with the 10-year Treasury yield sits at −0.17 against gold's −0.41, but forced liquidation does not respect correlation coefficients. The Bank of England Hold Is the OutlierThe BOE holding at 3.75% while the Fed and BOJ both tighten separates it from the pattern. The European Central Bank raised to a 2.5% deposit rate last week and lifted its 2027 and 2028 inflation outlook, with Deutsche Bank's Mark Wall saying another December move now looks "more likely than not."A hold amid coordinated tightening elsewhere puts downward pressure on sterling through the rate differential, and it implies the UK reads the energy shock as more damaging to growth than to inflation.Retail Sales Wednesday Precede the Fed by HoursUS retail sales land at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, estimated at 0.8% month-over-month after a 0.6% decline. Ex-auto is estimated at 0.5% after a 0.3% drop. That is a large swing, and its timing matters. A strong print hours before the decision reinforces the case that the economy can absorb tightening. A weak one arrives too late to change the outcome but early enough to shape the press conference.Import prices are estimated at 0.2% after a 0.4% decline, which will show how much of the energy shock is passing through at the border.Canada's August inflation rate is estimated at 2.7% from 2.9%, released Monday.Thursday and Friday Test the Growth SideInitial jobless claims are estimated at 209,000 against 206,000, with continuing claims at 1.81 million against 1.82 million. The Philadelphia Fed Manufacturing Index carries an estimate of 30 for September — a strong reading that would sit oddly against an energy shock raising input costs across manufacturing.Industrial production for August is estimated at 0.3% after 0.2%, released Friday morning. Those three prints matter more than usual because the duration question has replaced the direction question. If growth data holds up through the energy shock, the case for a sustained tightening cycle strengthens. The Clarity Act Vote Is Expected but Not ConfirmedThe US Senate returns from summer recess Tuesday and is expected to schedule a procedural cloture vote on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act.That framing is worth preserving. The vote requires 60 votes to advance H.R. 3633 to floor debate — a procedural gate rather than passage — and Democrats have continued to raise concerns about the absent bipartisan ethics agreement.A new draft circulating among lawmakers runs over 600 pages and includes changes to provisions addressing decentralized finance and traditional finance activities. The bill passed the House 294-134 in July 2025 and cleared Senate Banking with an amendment in June 2026. Clearing cloture would open debate and amendments rather than enact anything.Corporate and Governance ItemsCoinShares reported first-half results Monday, showing a loss of $23.9 million against a $77.6 million profit a year earlier. The company plans to seek shareholder authority for a share repurchase program, citing no long-term debt and approximately $453 million of net assets.Decentralized communities at Hermes Protocol and Cratos DAO open governance votes during the week.Bitcoin traded around $77,800 entering the week, with Santiment data showing BTC-denominated open contracts down 13.5% between September 3 and 11 against a 5% price decline — leaving positioning roughly 20% below pre-rally levels.
