About OMNIA

OmniaVerse is an integrated web3 entertainment ecosystem that seamlessly weaves together blockchain technology, gaming, arts, and collectibles. Our ecosystem integrates a full technology stack, including our Apex network (true ZERO gas fee), Game Dashboard (the single interface for game access and asset management), and Content (in-house developed and Third Party games). These are the three pillars on which we place user experience above all else.Web3 gaming fundamentally changes the ownership structure of in-game assets; in traditional gaming, assets are stuck within the game you bought them for. It also enables interesting new game mechanics, such as our “game-agnostic” NFTs, which are playable across multiple games within our ecosystem.Unfortunately, current Web3 gaming initiatives are a disjointed mess of different networks, tokens, and “closed” platforms, often with a convoluted process that does not support mass adoption by the massive traditional gaming customer base ($300B annual market). Additionally, existing networks are cost prohibitive and not scalable. The OmniaVerse Web3 Entertainment Ecosystem solves all of this by addressing each of these individual problems while at the same time providing an easy to use and integrated platform.$OMNIA is the native coin of our Apex blockchain and serves as the primary asset within our ecosystem, alongside $BLOCK, our in-game utility token.

SEC Receives Amended S-1/A for 21Shares Injective ETF as Altcoin ETF Race Heats Up
SEC Receives Amended S-1/A for 21Shares Injective ETF as Altcoin ETF Race Heats Up
The SEC has received an amended registration statement for the 21Shares Injective ETF, moving the proposed fund a step closer to becoming a publicly traded product, according to Crypto Briefing. The amended S-1/A updates the original October 2025 filing and would give traditional investors regulated access to INJ, the native token of the Injective Network. If approved, the ETF would list on Nasdaq under the ticker TINJ, passively tracking INJ via the FTSE Injective Index, with a twist: discretionary staking of a portion of holdings to boost returns. Structured as a Delaware statutory trust and sponsored by 21Shares US LLC, the fund's original S-1 landed on October 20, 2025, and the latest amendment keeps the registration active as the review continues. The preliminary prospectus notes shares have not traded publicly and no financial statements are included yet. INJ staking rewards ranged from 9.3% to 13.62% annually in 2025, giving the ETF a yield dimension most equity-focused products cannot match. As of September 1, 2026, INJ's circulating supply stood at about 92.8 million tokens, with a market capitalization near $488 million. 21Shares is no stranger to wrapping digital assets in traditional packaging, already offering a 21Shares Injective Staking ETP to European investors and having been among the first issuers of spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs via its ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF partnership. Since spot Bitcoin ETFs launched in January 2024 and Ethereum products followed later that year, asset managers have raced to file for funds covering Solana, XRP, Litecoin, Cardano and a growing list of layer-1 and DeFi tokens. Injective is a layer-1 blockchain built on the Cosmos SDK for decentralized finance, focused on decentralized exchanges, derivatives and cross-chain trading. Its low-double-digit staking yield offers a tailwind pure price-tracking products can't replicate. The $488 million market cap is notable: for comparison, Bitcoin's is in the trillions and Ethereum's typically above $200 billion, so an INJ ETF drawing even tens of millions could represent a meaningful share of the token's float. The choice of the FTSE Injective Index — from London Stock Exchange Group's FTSE Russell — is also notable as the firm expands its digital-asset indexes, while custody arrangements remain unfinalized, a detail the SEC will likely want settled before any approval.

US MARKET CLOSE | Chip Stocks Rebound as Philadelphia Semiconductor Index Rises Over 2%; Oil Falls Below $100
US MARKET CLOSE | Chip Stocks Rebound as Philadelphia Semiconductor Index Rises Over 2%; Oil Falls Below $100
US stocks closed mixed on Friday as investors continued to digest the Federal Reserve's first rate hike in three years and concerns tied to artificial intelligence, according to Sina Finance. The Dow fell 95.39 points, or 0.18%, to 51,682.64, ending the week down 1.69%. The S&P 500 rose 12.74 points, or 0.17%, to 7,650.50, down 0.08% for the week. The Nasdaq gained 104.24 points, or 0.39%, to 26,522.54, up 0.72% for the week. The "Magnificent Seven" were mixed: Nvidia and Amazon rose more than 1%, Google edged higher, Meta fell more than 2%, while Apple, Microsoft and Tesla dipped slightly. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index surged late in the session to close up 2.78%. SanDisk jumped about 11%, Coherent rose more than 7%, Seagate Technology gained more than 6%, Western Digital advanced more than 4%, Micron Technology rose more than 3%, and AMD and SK Hynix each climbed more than 2%. Cryptocurrency-related names rallied, with Strategy up more than 16%, MARA Holdings up more than 13%, Robinhood up more than 9%, Bitmine and Cipher up more than 8%, and Circle up more than 7%. Rising Treasury yields pressured equities. The 10-year Treasury yield broke above 5% earlier in the week, touching its highest level since July 2007, and briefly returned above that mark on Friday after pulling back Thursday, last up nearly 6 basis points at 5.006%. US crude closed roughly flat for the week but held above $100 a barrel. On Friday, West Texas Intermediate futures fell 1.58% to settle at $100.30 a barrel, while global benchmark Brent futures fell 0.91% to settle at $103.87 a barrel. The Fed on Wednesday decided to raise rates by 25 basis points and signaled at least one more hike this year, driving major averages lower that day, though the market rebounded Thursday. The Thursday rebound, especially in tech, suggested investors were eager to look past the prospect of higher-for-longer rates and return to the AI narrative, betting it will continue to support corporate profits. "Some of the uncertainty was removed after the Fed hike this week," said Scott Welch, chief investment officer at Certuity. But Welch does not view the latest hike as a one-off, believing the hiking cycle is just beginning and could weigh on stocks in the coming months. "At some point, whether in October or after the election, I think the Fed will raise rates at least once more in 2026, and possibly once or twice more in 2027," he said. He forecasts continued upward pressure on Treasury yields and expects oil prices to stay elevated in the coming months. Chip stocks have largely recovered from the sell-off earlier in the week that followed calls from Anthropic and OpenAI to slow AI development. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index posted a small gain for the week.
