Paxos Gains Approval to Become Regulated National Trust

According to Odaily, Paxos has announced that the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has approved its transition to a regulated national trust institution. This change will place all of Paxos' operations in the United States under the supervision of the OCC. The company will provide support to businesses at various stages of digital asset development and ensure service and compliance across all 50 states.
