Cantor Equity Partners to Vote on Merger with Twenty One Capital

According to PANews, Jack Mallers, CEO of Bitcoin financial firm Twenty One Capital, announced on the X platform that Cantor Equity Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEP) will hold a shareholder vote on December 3 at 10 a.m. local time to approve its business merger with Twenty One Capital. If the vote passes, the merger could be completed as early as next week, marking the beginning of their journey as a publicly listed entity. Mallers expressed hope that all CEP shareholders will participate in the vote. Previously, it was reported that Twenty One Capital plans to trade under the stock code 'XXI' following the completion of the merger.
