April 2025 Phishing Losses Reach $5.29 Million Despite Increased Victim Count

According to Odaily, ScamSniffer has released its April 2025 phishing report, revealing total losses amounting to $5.29 million. The number of victims reached 7,565, marking a significant increase of 26% compared to March, despite a 17% reduction in the total loss amount. The largest single attack resulted in a phishing profit of $1.43 million, followed by address poisoning, which netted $700,000.
