OpenPayd Appoints Two Senior Executives From FalconX

According to Odaily, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform OpenPayd has announced the appointment of two senior executives from cryptocurrency broker FalconX. Lux Thiagarajah will take on the role of Director of Growth, while Richard Usher will serve as Director of Trading. Despite their new positions, both executives will continue to act as advisors for FalconX, assisting in the expansion of its foreign exchange trading business. Thiagarajah previously served as the Head of Commercial FX at FalconX and has held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at crypto payment company BCB Group. His career also includes roles at major investment banks such as JPMorgan Chase and HSBC. Usher, who was the Head of FX Trading at FalconX, managed over-the-counter trading at BCB and has experience working at JPMorgan Chase and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
