According to CNBC, Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust plans to buy 40 shares of Boeing at roughly $173.23 shortly after the opening bell. After the purchase, the trust will hold 660 shares, raising Boeing's portfolio weighting to about 3% from 2.75%. Jim Cramer said the trust is buying after Boeing's outlook reset pushed its target for reaching $10 billion in free cash flow from 2028 to 2029. The company cited lower commercial-jet deliveries and higher capital spending to support a Navy fighter jet contract it won in September. Cramer said the revised outlook made expectations more achievable and gave Boeing greater visibility into multiyear cash flow. He also cited progress on the Max 7 and Max 10 certifications by the Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing's $612 billion commercial backlog, with deliveries on a key part of the backlog set to begin next year.
