Fed Policymakers’ Dot Plot Leaves Kevin Warsh Out Again

US Federal Reserve officials have used a scatter chart four times a year for more than a decade to show their interest-rate projections, according to Bloomberg. Nineteen central bank policymakers can submit forecasts, which appear anonymously on the dot plot.
