According to Jiemian News, the company said its core businesses are commodity retail and leasing, and that operations, business order, and the operating environment had not changed materially from previously disclosed information. It also said that, as of September 15, the company, its controlling shareholder and its actual controller had no other material matters that should have been disclosed but were not, including major asset restructuring, share issuance, major transactions, business restructuring, share buybacks, equity incentives, bankruptcy reorganization, major business cooperation or the introduction of strategic investors.
