The administrator of Zhong Xuegao Food (Shanghai) Co. said the company’s intangible assets have now been fully separated, according to Jiemian News. The announcement said 508 intangible assets, including 492 registered trademarks, eight licensed patents and eight copyrights, were sold as a package on JD’s judicial auction platform on May 7, 2026.
The Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court confirmed on June 4 that all rights and related interests in Zhong Xuegao’s intangible assets belonged to the buyer. The administrator said it will proceed in an orderly way with the cancellation of social media accounts previously registered using those assets and will properly handle related personal information stored in the accounts’ back-end systems.
