According to Wallstreetcn, the Bloomberg Grains Index fell 1.88% to 34.5625 at the New York close on Friday, with a sharp spike-and-reversal move when the U.S. Department of Agriculture released its monthly grains stocks report at 00:00 (UTC+8); the index fell 1.04% for the week and opened higher before ending lower. CBOT corn futures fell 0.33% to $5.32 per bushel and were down 0.88% for the week, CBOT wheat futures fell 2.02% to $7.2625 per bushel and were down 0.89% for the week, and CBOT soybean futures fell 2.50% to $12.99 per bushel and were down 0.86% for the week, while soybean meal futures fell 0.65% and soybean oil futures rose 0.80% for the week.
