China's market regulator has completed upgrades to its inspection and testing report number query system, restoring report uploads and public search services and officially opening the platform to the public. According to Foresight News, the system now includes blockchain evidence storage, IP address verification, and dedicated account management to help prevent forgery and tampering.
The system also adds checks for key report fields to provide the public with a more convenient and reliable way to verify inspection and testing reports. It uses blockchain evidence storage and hash verification technology, automatically generating a unique hash for each report uploaded by testing institutions through a dedicated PC client and binding it to the report number to keep the content traceable and unchanged.
Under a one-institution, one-account rule, institutions must log in and upload reports with a unique account, and an email verification mechanism has been added. The uploaded information has also been expanded beyond the original report number, institution name, and issue date to include the client name, authorized signatory, and institution contact details, allowing the public to conduct more precise checks. Regulators can also retrieve original files from the management side at any time for comparison and verification.
